Overview
Talendary helps you screen, source, and deliver candidates faster than ever. By integrating Talendary with Teamtailor, you enable the AI agent to automatically analyze all incoming applications and talent pool candidates by comparing their CVs with the job requirements you’ve set up in Talendary.
How to enable the integration
Estimated time: 10 minutes.
To initiate the integration, you’ll need to generate an API key in Teamtailor. Follow these steps to create and configure the key:
Instructions:
1. Log into your Teamtailor account.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace section.
3. Find Talendary and click on the box.
4. Active Talendary by clicking Activate in the top right or bottom left corner.
5. Teamtailor will automatically generate a default key.
Copy the default key.
Keep this view open in Teamtailor.
Open Talendary in a new tab.
Note: Keep the API key confidential to ensure data security.
6. In Talendary, navigate to: Organization > Integrations > ATS & Recruitment Systems > Teamtailor > Set up now.
7. Insert the default key you generated in step 5.
8. Reopen the page in Teamtailor where you found the API key. In the dropdown menu, select a key with Read/Write Admin access. If you don’t have one, follow [this guide] to create it.
9. Press "Validate credentials".
10. When the connection is established you will be able to see a green box stating "Credentials validated". Finalize and save by pressing the button in the bottom right corner.
Well done! Once saved, Talendary will establish a connection with Teamtailor, enabling automatic candidate data import when adding candidates to a project. You can then start working with triggers in Teamtailor seamlessly.
Start Using Talendary in Teamtailor
Before proceeding with this step, ensure that you have completed the setup (see the guide "How to Enable the Integration" above).
Step 1: Navigate to an Active Job and Add a Trigger
Click "Triggers" in the top right corner.
Click "Add trigger" under the stage where you want Talendary to score all candidates.
Select "Send Talendary webhook" from the list of triggers.
Step 2: Set up the trigger
Select the Talendary job (Talendary Project) you want to evaluate your candidates against. You can also choose to create a new job?
2. Add your settings.
Move candidates when completed:
Automatically move candidates to another Teamtailor stage based on their Talendary score. You set the desired Talendary score yourself.
Due to Teamtailor’s default settings, the score will be multiplied by 10. For example, to move candidates with a score above 7, enter 70 (8 = 80, etc.).
2. Save your trigger by clicking "Add Trigger". Candidates will now be automatically moved to the stage you’ve selected.
Step 3: Review candidate's result
When a candidate reaches the trigger stage, Talendary automatically analyzes their profile and adds the results as a comment. You can also choose to advance candidates automatically if their score meets or exceeds a predefined threshold.
To review the results, simply open the candidate’s profile and navigate to the comments section. There, you'll see the Talendary role-fit score displayed directly in Teamtailor, along with a summary of the results. Click → See result to access the full, detailed report in Talendary.
AI Credits Usage
For every new comment on a profile in Teamtailor, 1 Talendary AI Credit will be used for the analysis. You can check your available AI credits in your Talendary account.
