How do I use the Action Hub?

You will be presented with the Action Hub when you create a new project and save the project scorecard. If you haven't started your first project yet, check out the Recruiter's Checklist.

From here, you will be presented with 3 shortcuts:

When we click "Open Action Hub", we will see 6 different talent pools to source from.

Below are example use cases for each:

Upload Candidate CV allows you to manually upload a CV from a candidate whose experience you want to match.

A common use case is uploading the CV of a former employee or a strong candidate to find others with similar backgrounds and skills, for example, on LinkedIn Recruiter.

Start AI Agent means that you let our AI Agent start a new LinkedIn project or connect to an existing project on your LinkedIn Recruiter account.

Once our AI Agent has started a new project, you have several options for how to use the AI Agent. You can read more about this in the How Do I Use the AI Agent article.

Import from ATS allows our AI Agent to quickly access and search your talent database within seconds—saving you the time and effort of doing it manually.

Just make sure that the integration is up and running. You can read more about this in Talendary Integration Capabilities.

Start Talent Pool Search enables our AI agents to search the talent pool you’ve built in Talendary, ensuring you maximize existing candidates instead of starting from scratch for every new project.

This feature becomes available once your Talent Pool has at least 500 candidates.

Start GitHub AI Search enables our AI agents to identify and source top tech talent directly from GitHub by analyzing contributions, projects, and relevant skills.

This feature is purpose-built for recruiters seeking highly skilled professionals in software development and other technical roles, helping you connect with candidates who have demonstrated expertise.
