How do I use the AI Talent Pool?

Getting Started with the AI Talent Pool

Talendary's AI Talent Pool is designed to streamline the recruitment process by providing you with a curated list of potential candidates who best fit your job requirements proposed by the AI Agent when you start a new project.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to effectively use this feature.

Please note! To start utilizing the AI Talent Pool, you need at least 500 candidates in your talent pool. You can check the size of your AI Talent Pool on the homepage.

1. Configure a new project and add candidates through the Talent Pool Search

Once you have a significant pool of candidates, configure a new project and navigate to the Action Hub.

2. When in the Action Hub

Choose "Start Talent Pool search" to look through your Talendary AI Talent Pool.

3. Choose your settings

  1. Save with min score of: In this example, candidates must have a minimum score of 7 to be shortlisted. You can adjust this based on how strict or flexible you want the filtering to be.

  2. Search until saved: In this example, the AI will search until it finds 10 candidates that meet the criteria. You can increase or decrease this number depending on your hiring needs.

  3. Search for max: In this example, search will run for up to 20 minutes, even if fewer than 10 candidates are found. You can set a shorter or longer duration based on how much time you want the AI to spend searching.

4. AI Talent Pool Search Started

When you see "AI is scanning talent pool" in the status bar, it means your AI-driven search has successfully started. You will also see an estimated time remaining for the process.

5. Done!

You’ve successfully created a shortlist of top talent for this role from your existing talent pool.
