How do I use the AI Agent?

Step-by-Step Instructions for the AI Agent

Updated over 3 months ago

Talendary's AI Agent enhances your LinkedIn Recruiter experience by automating candidate sourcing.

From our most experienced and successful users we have seen 2 use cases when working with the AI Agent - below we will tell you about the secret of becoming just as successful as them.

First Use Case - Automate CV screening

The first use case will help you automate the screening of CVs - here is a step-by-step guide on how.

Step 1: Configure a project in Talenday

Click Start "AI Agent"

And then lets head to Linkedin Recruiter by clicking "Create New Linkedin Recruiter Project"

Step 2: Choose Manual Sourcing

When Talendary have created a new project for you - click "Manual Sourcing" to create a Search for candidates as you normally would in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Step 3: Use LinkedIn Recruiter Filters

Talendary will help you prefill the "Location" in Linkedin Recruiter but we can see that we have 1.3M+ results for this search - not that accurate right?

If we pretend that we are looking for a Backend Developer for Talendary - the first step to make our list of candidates shorter is to fill in different job titles that can be a good fit, for example:

  • Backend Developer

  • Software Engineer

  • Backend Engineer

  • Full Stack Developer

  • System Developer

And to make the search even more specific we can add a "Skill and Assessments", for example:

  • Java

  • Python

  • Node.js

  • C#

  • Rust

The result? 93 potential candidates which is a bit easier to handle!

Step 4: Start the AI Agent

This step is where I normally start to screen these 93 CVs manually which obviously is time consuming (and boring).

But Talendary can save me by using the AI Agent!

I will start the AI Agent by clicking Talendary's add-on to the right.

Then click Start AI Agent

Make sure to select the correct project and runtime to ensure the AI Agent has enough time to analyze all candidates. We recommend saving candidates with a minimum total score of 7.

Step 5: Linkedin Recruiter Pipeline

When the time is up, the AI Agent has analyzed and saved all candidates who scored 7 or above into my pipeline, where the next step is to reach out to potential candidates using Talendary's sequences.

Second Use Case - Boolean Search

The second use case will help you go broad and find talent that you might not be looking for in the first place - here is a step-by-step guide on how.

Step 1: Configure a project in Talenday

Click "Start AI Agent"

And then let's head to Linkedin Recruiter by clicking "Create New Linkedin Recruiter Project"

Step 2: Choose AI Agent Sourcing

When Talendary have created a new project for you - click "AI Agent Sourcing" to let the AI Agent perform a Boolean Search for you.

Step 3: Start the AI Agent

When performing a Boolean Search there are 3 things you need to think about to make sure the Boolean Search will be successfully executed:

  1. Choose the right project

  2. Make sure the "Perform Boolean Search" toggle is blue

  3. Extend the Runtime

Then click "Confirm and Start Agent"

Step 4: Linkedin Recruiter Pipeline

When the time is up, the AI Agent has analyzed and saved all candidates who scored 7 or above into my pipeline, where the next step is to reach out to potential candidates using Talendary's sequences.

That's all folks - you made it to the end!
