Adding and Saving Candidates a Project

This article describes the different options you have to add and save candidates to a project in Talendary.

  1. Manually adding candidates to the projects

To manually add candidates from LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter, simply click on the save button located on the right-hand side of the summary.


2. Manually add candidates to projects

You can either upload individual CVs or import them in bulk (25 CVs at a time). If you’re managing a large pool of candidates, we recommend archiving profiles that don’t meet your requirements to keep the candidate pipeline relevant and streamlined.

To add candidates manually:

  1. Select the project you want to add the candidates to

  2. Navigate to the "Action Hub"

  3. Upload the files using the “Upload Candidate CV” option.

When you click on the "Add New Candidate" button, you will be redirected to the page shown below. Here, you can manually upload candidates to the project:


3. Automatically add candidates from LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter

You can set a preferred score and enable the "Auto Save Candidates" option on your Chrome extension.
