Overview
Integrating Talendary with Workable enhances your recruitment workflow by allowing you to import job posts directly from your Workable account. Workable is a powerful recruiting platform that helps companies find, evaluate, and hire better candidates faster. This integration enables seamless collaboration with your hiring team by connecting Workable’s recruitment software with Talendary’s tools.
Step 1: Generate Your API Token in Workable
To set up the integration, you’ll need to generate an API access token in your Workable account. Follow these steps:
Instructions:
Log in to your Workable account.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Apps.
Under the API ACCESS TOKENS section, click Generate API Token
Fill in the API scopes, of the information the API should capture. In our case,
r_candidates
r_jobs
Click on "Generate token"
Copy the generated API access token and keep it secure.
Note: Ensure you store this token securely, as it is required to establish the integration with Talendary.
Step 2: Locate Your Workable Subdomain
In addition to the API token, you’ll need your Workable subdomain, typically your company name.
Instructions:
Open your browser and navigate to your Workable account.
Check the URL format:
https://{subdomain}.workable.com/.Note the
{subdomain}part, which represents your company name.
Step 3: Enter the API Token and Subdomain in Talendary
After obtaining the API token and identifying your subdomain, complete the setup in Talendary.
Instructions:
In Talendary, go to the integration settings.
Paste the copied Workable API token into the designated field.
Enter your Workable subdomain.
Click Save to finalize the setup.
Once saved, Talendary will be connected to your Workable account, enabling you to import and manage job posts seamlessly.
