How it works
Create a project or open an existing one.
Configure the project and finalize the scorecard.
Click “Add Candidates” in the bottom-left corner of the project.
Select “Managed AI Sourcing” in the modal.
Click “I’m Interested” to submit your request.
That’s it. The request is sent.
What happens next
Our team starts sourcing candidates using Managed AI Sourcing.
Qualified candidates will begin appearing directly in your project — no further action needed from you.
