Talendary Score: represents how closely a candidate’s profile aligns with your job description. This score reflects the degree of fit between the candidate's qualifications and the specific requirements of the role.

Career Fit: reflects how well a particular job aligns with a candidate’s career trajectory. It indicates whether the position represents a suitable next step, such as a logical progression or advancement from their current role, or if it may be a lateral move or even a step down.

Additionally, it assesses the relevance of the candidate's industry experience and background, helping to determine if the role fits within their established career path.

Salary Estimation: provides an approximate market salary for a profile based on the candidate’s experience and background. This estimate is derived from data aggregated from various online sources, offering a reliable benchmark for what the candidate can expect in the current job market.

Requirements: indicates how closely the profile aligns with your should/must have requirements for the role.

The Talendary Score Motivation: is a comprehensive summary of the candidate's profile, providing detailed reasoning and explanation behind the assigned score. This summary offers insights into how the profile aligns with the job requirements, helping recruiters understand the factors influencing the score.

Skill Score: evaluates each skill you specified when creating the project, rating the candidate’s proficiency against the skill requirements you've provided. This scoring is powered by advanced LLM models, ensuring an accurate assessment of how well the candidate's skills match your needs.

Quick Match: is a preliminary score that provides a tentative evaluation of a profile before the LLM models perform a deep analysis. This score offers a quick indication of whether a profile is worth further consideration, helping you decide if it's worth investing more time in.

Deep Match: provides an in-depth analysis of a profile's alignment with your job requirements. This detailed evaluation covers each skill you've specified, offering a comprehensive assessment of how well the candidate meets your criteria. Additionally, it includes an overall summary or motivation, giving you a clear understanding of the profile's suitability for the role.
